Aleesha young has firmly established herself in the elite bodybuilding industry as one of the top females. Aleesha was part of an extended family of athletes. Her siblings and father were ice hockey players, while her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha played softball, soccer, and basketball before she got into bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha was granted her professional card following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. But she started competing in the year 2008. She competed in 2014 at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro at which she ranked 9th. In 2015, she maintained her 9th place finish. Both in 2015 and 2016 Aleesha was ranked sixth at her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. After steadily improving, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 winning her first title at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best performance was at WOS Rising Phoenix in the year 2020. The 4th position was her top finish. The "World's strongest mother" did take a hiatus from bodybuilding due to health reasons.
